Round Rehearsal stores the email you use to sign in, a session cookie, the resume text and job description you submit, the profile you edit, round notes, and transcripts you submit for feedback. If you check the newsletter box, we store that choice with the page, the time, and the version of the consent text. The box starts unchecked. Leaving it unchecked is stored too, so we can show you did not opt in.
The raw resume file is deleted after the text is extracted. We do not keep it to train models. We do not sell personal information. Marketing email goes only to people who opted in, with a one-click unsubscribe and the mailing address P.O. Box 60, La Mesa, CA 91942. Transactional mail, such as a sign-in link, is separate.
When the related keys are set, email is sent through Resend, document parsing and feedback may be sent to xAI, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Stripe and ElevenLabs are not connected in this build. When they are, payment records and call audio will be handled by those vendors under their terms, and deleting your account will include a request to delete the vendor conversation.
You can delete your data from the account page. Accounts with no activity for 90 days are deleted by a scheduled job. To ask a privacy question, write to support@roundrehearsal.com.
We count page views and product steps as daily totals. Those totals do not use cookies, and they do not store an email address, an IP address, a user id, or a user agent. Newsletter mail goes only to an address that confirmed the request, or to a signed-in address after you click the notes button on a feedback page. Every marketing message has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the notes and does not delete the practice account.
